Return Policy
Due to government regulations, any Mocha and Karmelo garments that have been worn for any length of time cannot be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise that meet our return policy requirements can be returned for store credit.
- Mocha and Karmelo does not cover the shipping cost to return/exchange a product.
- Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the tags intact.
- No in-store credit will be given for merchandise after 14 days of receipt.

Due to the intimacy classification of our products, any garment that has been worn for any length of time is not eligible for return. This policy complies with FDA regulations for medical devices.
